Born and raised in TriBeCa, Charles Raben is a New York-based chef and culinary creative whose work is shaped by the city, travel, music, art, and the people around him. Classically trained in French cooking, he uses food as a way to tell stories, build atmosphere, and create experiences that feel personal and specific.

His work spans private dining, artist collaborations, brand projects, and Little Rat, the artisanal ice cream and hospitality project he co-founded with his wife, Susan Flores.
